Andrew Denham is the Project Co-Ordinator of the Plymouth Foodbank, supporting the delivery of emergency food and wraparound support to people experiencing crisis across the City of Plymouth.

Formally a Rotaract in his younger days and having worked in his role for the last 6 years, Andrew oversees the day to day operations at the Foodbank, working closely with volunteers, partner agencies and local organisations to support people facing hunger and financial hardship, and ensuring Plymouth Foodbank provides dignified, compassionate and practical support to those who need it most.

Passionate about tackling the root causes of poverty, Andrew is committed not only to emergency food provision but also to advocacy, signposting and driving long term change. His work, alongside other staff members and an amazing group of volunteers focuses on building strong community relationships, maintaining high standards of care, amplifying the voices of people with lived experience of food insecurity, and creating a welcoming space where everyone visiting the Plymouth Foodbank is treated with respect, dignity and understanding.
