Ann Ralli

Devon Air Ambulance

Ann Ralli is the Founder and Life President of Devon Air Ambulance and a powerful example of how purpose can be born from profound loss. After the tragic death of her 18-year-old son, Ceri, Ann transformed heartbreak into action, launching what would become Devon’s first ever Air Ambulance service.

What began as one mother’s determination became a county-wide movement. Despite repeated setbacks and countless closed doors, Ann’s grit, resilience, and unwavering belief galvanized communities, businesses, and supporters across Devon to bring a life-saving vision to reality.

Today, Devon Air Ambulance stands as a testament to Ann’s extraordinary leadership and the power of collective will. Her story is one of courage, perseverance, and the impact a single individual can have when they refuse to give up.

Ann’s keynote addresses are deeply moving and profoundly motivating, challenging audiences to rethink what is possible in the face of adversity and inspiring them to turn obstacles into opportunities for change.
