Jay’s Aim is a South West England charity dedicated to reducing sudden cardiac death in young people. Inspired by Jay’s story, the charity raises awareness of undiagnosed heart conditions and supports life-saving initiatives through CPR and defibrillator training, funding public access defibrillators, and encouraging cardiac screening.
