The Rotary Conference Plymouth 26 is an excellent opportunity to highlight Rotary’s impact and inspire action.
This event will bring together local charities, global health organisations, and passionate individuals to explore solutions for stronger, healthier communities.

Our Gala Dinner
Get ready for an unforgettable evening at the Gala Dinner. Commencing at 7.30pm on Saturday, guests will enjoy a delicious three-course meal, live entertainment from our special performer, and the thrill of a raffle and auction packed with fantastic prizes. And just when you think the night couldn’t get any better, we have a fun surprise in store to top it all off—making this a night of celebration, laughter, and memorable moments you won’t want to miss.

Master Of Ceremonies
Snowie served a distinguished career in the Royal Marines, having held highly trusted roles, working for three Sea Lords and several Commandant Generals, and supporting relations with senior military leaders, organisations, and Royalty. Bringing together his expertise, relationships, and leadership skills, our experienced Master of Ceremonies will ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Gala Dinner Entertainment
Becca is a Plymouth-based singer with a versatile repertoire ranging from 1960s classics to modern-day favourites. Her performances include lively upbeat songs as well as beautiful ballads, creating something for everyone to enjoy. She looks forward to entertaining you and warmly welcomes requests throughout her shows.

This year’s Rotary conference is once again being held at the Crowne Plaza Plymouth. The hotel provides an excellent setting for our conference, combining modern facilities with comfortable surroundings and warm hospitality.

Food collection stations
Food collection stations will be set up around the conference venue to encourage delegates to bring and donate items listed on the attached shopping list. These clearly marked stations will provide a convenient and accessible way for participants to contribute essential food supplies throughout the event.
We aim to make donating simple and visible, fostering a strong sense of community support and shared responsibility. All donated items will be collected on behalf of Plymouth Foodbank and distributed to local people in need, helping to extend the positive impact of the conference beyond the venue itself.
